Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using any GAHWAJIX vending machine, service, website, or mobile application. By purchasing a product or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. 

1. About GAHWAJIX

GAHWAJIX (شركة جاهواجياكسس) is a company registered and operating in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We provide automated coffee and beverage vending machine services deployed across various client locations. These Terms govern your use of our vending machines, websites, mobile applications, loyalty programs, social media pages, and any related services (collectively, the "Services"). 

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any of our Services — including purchasing a product from a GAHWAJIX vending machine, visiting our website, interacting with our social media channels, or enrolling in our loyalty program — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Services. 

3. Products and Services

GAHWAJIX operates self-service vending machines that dispense coffee, hot beverages, cold beverages, and related drink products. Product availability, selection, and pricing may vary by location and are subject to change without prior notice.

All product images, descriptions, and promotional materials are provided for reference purposes only and may differ slightly from the actual product dispensed.

4. Payments and Pricing

GAHWAJIX accepts digital payment methods including, but not limited to, credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, mada, and other electronic payment solutions available at the point of sale. Cash may or may not be accepted depending on the specific vending machine model and location.

All prices are displayed in Saudi Riyal (SAR) and are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) as required by the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA). You agree to pay the listed price at the time of purchase.

Transactions are processed through certified third-party payment processors. GAHWAJIX does not store your full credit or debit card details on its systems.

5. Refunds and Disputes

If a vending machine fails to dispense your selected product after a successful payment, or dispenses an incorrect product, you may contact our support team to request a refund or replacement. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider and typically take 5–14 business days.

GAHWAJIX reserves the right to investigate disputed transactions before issuing any refund.

6. Loyalty and Rewards Program

GAHWAJIX may offer a loyalty or rewards program that allows eligible customers to earn points, credits, or other benefits through qualifying purchases. Enrollment may be through our website, mobile application, or at the point of sale.

By enrolling in the loyalty program, you agree to the following:

  • Rewards points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for currency.
  • Points may expire if your account remains inactive for a period specified in the program rules.
  • GAHWAJIX reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the loyalty program at any time with reasonable notice.
  • Abuse, fraud, or manipulation of the rewards system may result in account suspension and forfeiture of accumulated points.
  • Rewards and benefits are personal and non-transferable unless stated otherwise.

7. User Accounts

Certain Services may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and current information during registration and to update it as needed.

GAHWAJIX reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are involved in fraudulent activity.

8. Privacy and Data Collection

We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Saudi data protection laws, including the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL). Data collected may include your name, contact information, payment transaction records, and loyalty program activity.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, technology partners, and regulatory authorities as required by law.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, designs, and materials associated with GAHWAJIX — including the GAHWAJIX name, brand identity, website content, and application interfaces — are the property of GAHWAJIX and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any GAHWAJIX materials without prior written consent.

10. Acceptable Use

When using our Services, you agree not to:

  • Tamper with, damage, or misuse any GAHWAJIX vending machine or equipment.
  • Attempt to circumvent payment systems or exploit technical vulnerabilities.
  • Use our Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
  • Submit false information or impersonate another person when creating an account or contacting support.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GAHWAJIX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to your use of the Services, including but not limited to equipment malfunction, product unavailability, payment processing errors, or temporary service interruptions.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.

12. Disclaimers

GAHWAJIX provides its Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to maintain our vending machines and ensure product quality, we do not warrant uninterrupted availability of products or machines at all locations at all times.

Customers with food allergies or dietary restrictions should review product ingredient information, where available, before making a purchase. GAHWAJIX shall not be held responsible for allergic reactions resulting from undisclosed sensitivities.

13. Third-Party Services

Our Services may integrate with or link to third-party platforms, including payment gateways, social media platforms, and analytics providers. GAHWAJIX is not responsible for the practices, content, or policies of any third-party services. Your interactions with third parties are governed by their respective terms and policies.

14. Modifications to Terms

GAHWAJIX reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting the revised Terms on our website with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
